We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme. They are authorised by the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team to offer redress to consumers of Estate Agents under the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007.
We are a member of the Deposit Protection Scheme. We protect all residential tenancy deposits, as required, with the DPS.
We are a member of Client Money Protect. This is a client money protection membership designed to protect client money held by Property Agents and Professionals.
We hold all necessary company and directors’ Professional Indemnity Insurance with AXA.
We comply with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 and are registered with HMRC for anti-money laundering supervision as is required for all estate agency businesses. We are also an approved agent in respect of HMRC Non-Resident Landlord Scheme.

Residential Lettings & Management Fees
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 all letting agents must publicise their fees in respect of properties let under an assured shorthold tenancy or other assured tenancy. This is to inform landlords and tenants of the agent’s fees associated with letting agency and property management work relating to those residential tenancies. We want to be upfront with all our clients and their tenants and are happy to provide full details of our fees in this respect.
